We serve the Palouse region by acting as a hub connecting the region's economic development resources and the entrepreneurs they serve. We are uniquely positioned to operate across state borders and within both universities to align and integrate regional economic development activity.

We accomplish this by teaming with our local economic development agencies providing connectivity and tools to identify the gaps in entrepreneurial support. We then work together to overcome those gaps and promote the Palouse as one community.
Our distinction is knowledge-based rural economic development in a region with two land grant universitites 8 miles apart collectively engaging in ~$470M in research annually.
